Sindh education department on Saturday has introduced online education for kindergarten (KG) to grade five students by launching a mobile education application in the province due to ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
The Sindh Education and Literacy Department and made an application, namely SELD Learning.
Students from Kindergarten (KG) to class five will be able to get online education. The department has prepared the online learning programme in collaboration with the UNICEF and the Microsoft.
Education department officials informed that, the online education project will teach the subjects including Mathmatics, General Science, English and Urdu and the courses will be available in three languages; English, Urdu and Sindhi languages.
However, work on online education from 6th to 12th class is still ongoing, they added.
