National Food Security minister Fakhar Imam calls on PM Khan

Minister for National Food Security Syed Fakhar Imam on Thursday has called on Prime Minister Imran Khan in Islamabad.

According to sources, both the leaders discussed the matters related to smuggling of wheat and strategies for improving the quality of flour.

Earlier, National Food Security Minister Syed Fakhar Imam said that Pakistan is producing 90 percent of edibles items except cooking oil.

He informed that the govt has allocated 50 billion rupees for Ramazan package to facilitate the people.

The whole world is experiencing the coronavirus crisis and trying to curb its spread by taking various measures against it, he added.
