• Homeland Security: This is a continuing process of R&D of Government of Pakistan that targets at developing newer products with every new technology introduced in Pakistan with the primary aim to keep the homeland security operations ahead of any anti-state activities. Key role is the Project Management for the system. Heading a team of 12 members.
• Internet Based Distance Education Program: This was Pakistan’s 3rd distance education project and the first to effectively utilize Internet technologies, implementing true independence of Time and Geographical Location. The system allows the student to study 24 hours a day and communicate with course counselors in live mode. Client has started admission process for enrolment of new students in the newly introduced program. Working as the Project Manager. Heading a team of 06 members.
• Unibilling 900: This product was showcased by Microsoft at their official Microsoft Windows Enabled Products. This is a replacement of credit card gateways and micro-cash concepts for the purchase of smaller valued items and services from Internet. I worked as a System Analysis and Design. Heading a team of 06 members.
• Hospital Billing System: Designed and developed and implemented Internet/Intranet based complete hospital accounts management system for US environment. The assignment included re-development of an existing solution and implementing network technologies in the design. I worked as a technology consultant. Heading a team of 06 members.
• Hospital Back Office System: Conceptualized designed and developed Internet based hospital back office with PC, PDA and mobile phone based clients. I worked as a technology consultant. Heading a team of 06 members.
