One of my friend came back from Pakistan two weeks ago on AP ... he did go through special registration.

Let me know if you need more information.

I don't think you require NASEER registration if you are travelling on AP. Did you check with the airport immigration to see if you needed to have an Exit interview before leaving. Because that would be more important than getting NASEER registration done at the time of entry. My brother and mammoo have traveled several time on AP without going through the registration process.

When I came back from Pakistan in July I stood in line for the regular counter( I have GC now) but when I reached there they took me to a seperate counter and made me wait for a couple of hours. At the counter the immigration guy asked some general questions but that was not Naseer registration.

Shoaib your friend might have mixed that with NASEER registration. Delete Comment

    Out of School Children: ASER Pakistan Reports Substantial Increase in Enrollment

    The Annual Status of Education Report (ASER) Pakistan 2025 national report, officially released on March 26, 2026, shows that the number of "Out of School Children" (OOSC) aged 6-16 years in Pakistan is now 5 million, not 25 million generally reported.  "The findings on access are encouraging.
