The purpose of the NEDians Conventions is for the NED alumni to connect with each other and to find ways to help each other and their alma mater. For more, please read blog posts on PakAlumni and visit NED alumni associations' websites. All are easily searchable online.

Well, the US conventions are not sponsored by NED. These are organized and funded by the alumni themselves. NED alumni in Pakistan should take the initiative to do it.
