Dear Qasim,
Thank you for your compliments.
As to your specific questions on 3D movie, I'm afraid I'm not an expert in this area. You might want to raise it in the mentoring form by asking for help and see if any one has the appropriate background for it. It wouldn't hurt to try online resources such as wikipedia and MIT online course-ware or just do Google search.
Wa alaikum assalaam,

BTW, how is EE dept these days? who is chairman? how is Sir Abdul Qadir? how is Javed Saheb, Shahab Saheb, Ms. Shahnaz, Shoaib Siddiqui, Ms. Sadia, etc. etc. Plz convey my Salaam to them.
Well Oklahoma State University, Stillwater is not a top school. It was a cheap school to do MS 20 years back. I don’t know how the present fee structure is right now. Things to consider are some schools are located in very small towns and this school is one of them. It is hard to find an outside job over there. In big cities it is relatively easy. I would suggest that you talk with students who have done there MS in your major over here.
its more than 30 years i was at stanford
things have changed a lot and i really do not have any contacts at stanford
i wished i could help you in any way
good to hear from you....well i dont use msn/YIM anymore, busy with ma job....juz go through the links, am sure you will find them useful, if u wanna ask anything else...lemme know
I dont know about the latest policies for induction in Army these days but you can always go to Army selection and recruitment center at Shara-e-Faisal and inquire about whether you can join army after completing your degree or not.
I think the most important thing to consider is, what you want to accomplish once you get out of a top university. Lets take Berkeley for example, its rated among the top 10 in computer science but its admission criteria is very stringent. They may require a very high GRE score and some excellent recommendation letters.
The idea is to come to graduate program that is respected in the field and not just being attached to a name such as Stanford. If you can afford and get admitted to Stanford, its good and dandy but the point is, comparing an enterpruner from Stannford, someone who attend University of Texas at Austin has started a technology company too. In the end, it really doesn't matter which school you went to, its graduate program that needs to be good.
