Description: Minimum of 2yrs plus in 3G RF Optimization, 4years plus in total RF exp. 3months extendible in the Philippines. Must have either Nokia and/or Ericsson experience in 3G Opt.

International PhD studies in Chemistry at the University of Warsaw, Poland.
From simple molecules to nanostructured and bioactive materials a new International PhD program - supported by European Union and the Foundation for Polish Science - is offered by the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Warsaw.
Duration of the program is 4 years, including 6-24 months spent abroad in the foreign Partner institutions. It is divided into four thematic lines reflecting increasing complexity of the studied materials:
Simple systems with complex molecular interactions.
Nanostructured materials and biomaterials.
From new materials to devices.
Biomacromolecules and therapeutic systems - modeling and development.
Students from all countries are invited to apply - up to 18 students will be admitted.

A fellowship of 3000 PLN/month (tax-free) + 500 PLN/month (insurance) is offered, which compares well with the average salary in Poland. An additional allowance of 1500 PLN /month will be provided for the stay at the foreign partner institution. The successful candidates will be able to choose a Principal Supervisor and select the subject of the project.

The SQA engineer will be responsible for the testing and verification of the software against the user requirements. They will be responsible to ensure that the software is fulfilling user requirements, working efficiently and is bug free. The quality assurance team will work in close coordination with the development teams, project coordinator and Business Analyst.

Design Verification i.e. testing of applications as per project scope and priorities
Written bug reporting and working with development team to investigate or clarify issues
Give suggestions and identify flaws in the system
Defining and documenting inputs and outputs of design and development activities
Performing Functional Testing (Positive & Negative), Database testing and Regression testing
Verify the application as per final Statement of Work/Functional specification and all issues reported by the client

King Abdullah University of Science and Technology Scholarships:

Saudi Arabia is setting up a New Research and Science University at Rabegh (90 Kms from Jeddah) which is unique of its kind as it has the highest grant (Endowment Fund) in the world after Harvard Business School.

It will be called KAUST (www.kaust.edu.sa) and it will offer only Masters and PhD degrees to international and local students in Science and Technology (11 fields) including Mechanical Engineering, Electrial Engineering, Material Sciences and Computer Science.

The KAUST campus and community site is located on the Red Sea, adjacent to the fishing village of Thuwal and 80 kilometers (50 miles) north of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia’s second largest city. The total area comprises more than 36 million square meters, including the University campus, Harbor District commercial center, three distinct residential neighborhoods and a unique coral-reef ecosystem immediately off shore.

Lancaster University is offering 10 PhD Studentships that are open to students from any country (see http://www.lancaster.ac.uk/pgfunding/science.htm). Lancaster University Research Studentships are for up to four years. They exempt the recipient from paying tuition fees and include an annual living stipend at UK Research Council rates (£13,290 in 2009/10).



Each year, recipients will also benefit from a personal research support account of £1500, to use for training and skills enhancement. The closing date for consideration under this studentship scheme is Friday, 17 April 2009. King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) Team is coming to Pakistan for conducting interviews for fully funded graduate study opportunities at KFUPM leading to Ph.D. Students having BS degree and planning for graduate studies leading to phd are also encouraged to apply for MS programs at KFUPM.
