Precept Productions Signs First Distribution Agreement for "Streets of Karachi" with Hiltz Squared Media Group

SAN FRANCISCO, CA and TORONTO--(Marketwire - December 2, 2008) - Precept Productions and Hiltz Squared Media Group Inc. announced today that the two organizations have signed a distribution agreement for Precept's first film, "Streets of Karachi." The agreement is the result of a meeting at MIPCOM in Cannes, France in October.
"Streets of Karachi" is an 84-minute docudrama that was filmed earlier this year in Karachi, Pakistan. It captures the city as it is today through the eyes of a returning expatriate.

"This agreement allows us to expand our film's distribution to international DVD, online and television outlets with an experienced distribution company like Hiltz," noted Shoieb Yunus, Precept Managing Director.
