Pakistan Link, a California weekly published by NEDian Arif Mansuri, has produced a special supplement on the recently concluded NEDians Convention 2007 in Silicon Valley, CA. Most countries in the world today borrow money from various sources to finance their budget deficits. So do India and Pakistan. Recent data shows that there are nearly 10,000 Pakistani students attending colleges and universities in Germany.
