The World Bank researchers have recently concluded that 88 per cent live in urban areas. Their conclusion is based on satellite imagery and the Degree of Urbanization (DoU) methodology. The Indian government reported faster-than-expected GDP growth of 8.2% for the September quarter. Where do you work?
What's the scope for engineers in Oil and Gas sector in Canada?
Actually i have completed my undergraduate in Mechanical Engineering this january.
I started off with working for 7 months at Enar Petrotech, its basically a downsteam designing company for the oil and gas sector.
I have recently shifted to Unilever Pakistan, which is as you know a non technical job.
I still would like to be in Oil and Gas sector preferable in a refinery or upstream sector.
Any tips for career in Canada?
Other than that i applied for a preliminary screening for MS in petroleum from UofAlberta, they denied saying that there is too much competition.

sir I want some guidance from you.Actually I am palnning to go abroad after graduation.I just wanna ask you that, where should I go for masterz, and as you know mechanical engineering is further catagorize in lots of distinct disciplines, so at which side side i should go.

thanks for the reply. you mean to say becoming a manufacturing engineer is much better rather becuming an aerospace or automobilgineer ?
