- Expertise and responsibilities include oversight of all aspects of real estate development for the companies including planning, acquisition, approval, financing, construction, marketing, sales and leasing. I possess substantial experience with a multitude of development issues including environmental remediation, public/private partnerships, complex financing structures, redevelopment law and urban development regulations. I work closely with local, state and federal agencies, as well as architectural, engineering, environmental and construction firms. With previous municipal engineering background.
