- Expertise and responsibilities include oversight of all aspects of real estate development for the companies including planning, acquisition, approval, financing, construction, marketing, sales and leasing. I possess substantial experience with a multitude of development issues including environmental remediation, public/private partnerships, complex financing structures, redevelopment law and urban development regulations.
