There are almost 1200 gradutes passing out every year from NED. Most of them having avg marks, and want to go abroad in top class universities for the higher studeis could not go. There came financial problem somewhere and in some top class universities the criteria of admission is very difficult.
They want some extraordinary marks. Also the ruputation of pakistani universities in some feilds is not as good. So how can the students having average marks (70 to 75%) can have their higher studies at their wanted place. This problem is often faced by the A-one grades holding students too..

Here i would like to say that if the nedians who dare to do something for the frsh graduates , should look into this matter first. If they can support by financial aid or by using their sources and links in world class universities. It will be a great help for the students.
