NED Policy

i know many of people her are devoted to NED so do I
In our lab Quality policy of NEd in written in notice board.....
but now NED Admin is tending towards QUANTITY POLICY instead of QUALITY....
increasing seats and departments doesn't make it better but the good students do.....
NED's apptitude test is just a formal drama now......anyone can clear it....
new departments are made without faculty.....
